Delightful grapes straight from our vineyard
Pick Your Own Grapes
and make your own Juice, Preserves, perhaps Wine
Get ready to dive into our juicy grape journey! From the moment the sun kisses our vineyard to the precise harvest, every step is a dance of passion. You're not just tasting grapes; you're savoring an ode to nature's canvas. Welcome to a sip of pure vineyard magic! We have three cold climate varieties to choose from to make juice, preserves or wine:
Brianna: White grape hybrid variety. Brianna was initially used as a table grape but due to the vines’ hardiness in the cold, it has been planted for wine production as well. It can be used for fresh eating, making preserves, juice or wine. Yummmm. It’s sweet and fruity, with hints of grapefruit, mango and pineapple.
Frontenac Gris: White grape hybrid variety. Frontenac Gris has good body and strong fruity flavors, such as peach, pineapple and a bit of honey. If making wine, wines have a tint of the skins with a hint of salmon color. Its’ taste can be altered a bit when Oaked.
Frontenac Blanc: White grape hybrid variety. Frontenac Blanc is a variation of the red Frontenac grape. Frontenac Blanc has flavors and aromas of citrus, pineapple, pear, lemon peel and star fruit. Hereto, if making wine, the wine can be semi-dry and have fresh acidity. It can be paired with salty foods, seafood, cheese and pasta.

If you choose to make wine and have a kit, it too will be wonderful. If you wish, you may contact our area winery (additional information provided at picking) to work with them to create your own wine. So many good choices.
